So we developed Denon+, a monthly subscription service that makes it easier to access to our revolutionary audio technology, enabling more people to forge a deeper connection to the music they love.


No, Denon+ is not a rent-to-own program. When you sign up to Denon+, we’ll send you a Denon device to use. If you decide to cancel your subscription, any devices you’ve received will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send them back to us. If you don’t return the devices within 30 days of cancelling your subscription, additional charges will apply. See the Denon+ Terms and Conditions for more information.


Denon+ is not a lock-in contract. Simply contact us to cancel your membership. (Cancel at any time before your next monthly fee is charge to avoid additional charges. Cancellation after a monthly payment will result in cancellation at the end of that current period.) If you cancel your subscription you will need to return any subscription devices within 30 days. If the subscription device is not returned within 30 days additional charges will apply. See the Denon+ Terms and Conditions more information.


No, you do not own the device after 12 months. Denon+ is not a rent-to-own program. If you cancel your subscription, all devices you’ve received will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send them back to us. If you don’t return the subscription devices within 30 days of cancelling your subscription, additional charges will apply.


After being an active subscriber for 12 months, which requires 12 months of successful payments, you can continue to stay on your current plan or choose an additional device at no extra charge. The new device can be of equal or lesser value than the device you initially received with your order. (You may continue to use the original product throughout your subscription period.) You will also have the option of upgrading, but this may mean an increase in your monthly subscription, depending on what device you choose.

When your subscription is eligible to add a new device, you will receive an automated email from us. If you have missed any payments, you will need to wait until the 12-month Device Refresh Period prerequisite (specified in your order) is completed before the Device Refresh can be chosen.


No, the 30-day return period applies only to outright Denon product purchases. However, Denon+ subscribers are welcome to cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fees (provided the subscription devices are returned to us within 30 days of cancelling the subscription).


Simply sign in to the Customer Portal with the details you used to sign up for your subscription and select the Update Payment Details option. Note: Never send your credit card details to us via email. We will never ask you to send your credit card details via email.
