I want to cancel an order

It may be possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped, depending on its status.

Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible, so we can check the status & advise.

However, if your order is with our fulfilment partner or has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. Please follow the instructions in our Return policy.

Amending an order

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

We may from time to time offer pre-orders on products. In these cases, a future estimated shipping date is quoted once the product is added to your cart & throughout checkout. The estimated shipping date is an indication of when the product will be dispatched from our fulfillment center. The dates stated under Shipping Timeline on our shipping policy start from the estimated shipping date quoted.

Occasionally, we will quote estimated shipping dates, then learn we are unable to meet the shipping date previously communicated. In these rare cases, we will notify of the new shipping date. If the new/revised shipping date is not agreeable and your order hasn’t been passed to our warehouse, you can cancel your order by contacting Customer Care.

Billing Addresses

For card verification, you must enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement. At this time, we can only accept payments from cards registered to a U.S. address. We cannot accept APO/FPO or PO Boxes as a shipping address.

Payment Methods

Denon accepts the below payment methods. We take security very seriously and all payment information that is transmitted from your computer to our systems is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security.

Tax

We collect sales tax in accordance with state laws. This will be calculated automatically at checkout. Sales tax will be added to all states within the United States that have statewide sales tax.

Gift with purchase 

Occasionally we offer a gift with purchase when you buy a specific item or spend a specific amount. This offer is valid only for orders placed directly on denon.com for a specified time while supplies last. Please note that a gift may not be substituted for an equivalent product, or an equivalent cash amount. In the case that you return a product that qualifies for the gift, you must include the gift in the return. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full value of the gift product.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn't arrived you can check the status online or via the link in your dispatch notification email.

If your order has been shipped but hasn't arrived within the expected time period contact Customer Care and quote your order number. Please note some deliveries may experience unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control.

My order is incomplete

Multiple items may arrive separately – however if there are items missing in your order, contact Customer Care and quote your order number.

My order is damaged

If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Return policy to obtain a refund. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Price adjustment

We will happily adjust the price of an item purchased on denon.com if the price decreases within the return period. Please contact our Customer Care Team for more information. 

Price match

Additionally, Denon is offering a price match on qualifying Denon products (“Price Match”), subject to terms and conditions.

If for any reason you feel our products aren’t right simply return it to us free within 30 days for a full refund excluding any shipping charges. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and include all original content.

Once received, we will send you an email confirmation. If your return meets all requirements, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. If a credit is issued, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note that times vary based on your financial institution.
