How do I cancel my Denon+ subscription?
We’d love to see you stay, but yes, it is possible to cancel your subscription.
Simply log in to the Denon+ Customer Portal here to start the cancelation process. Once you’ve canceled your subscription via the Customer Portal your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. We’ll email you at that time with the address to return your subscription device – make sure to return the subscription device within 30 days of canceling your subscription to avoid any extra charges.
Lost your subscription device?
If you’ve lost your subscription device you’ll need to contact our Customer Care team before initializing a cancelation. Your subscription includes Accidental Loss Coverage, so you may be eligible for a replacement device. Simply click on Contact Us at the bottom of this page and a member of our Customer Care team will be able to assist.
Want to cancel before you’ve received your subscription device?
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible, so we can check the status & advise. However, if your order is with our fulfilment partner or has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your subscription order but you can still cancel your subscription and send back the device. Please make sure to return the subscription device within 30 days of cancelling your subscription to avoid any extra charges.
